Charlie Moos are happy to accept returned items for full refund provided they are returned within 14 days of purchase in an unused, saleable condition. If returning items, please remember to enclose the original packing slip. With the exception of faulty goods Charlie Moos are unable to refund either outbound or inbound carriage/postage charges.
